Not Necessarily Apples is a two day course held over a weekend, this will run from 10:00 – 15:00 each day.
The course is designed for adults who want to start using their camera to its full potential and understand how to create great photography. it has been a while since i have been on holiday let alone been to new york so i thought i would reminisce about the time i was there with a few random pictures from the streets of big apple.

next year I will be teaching 2 day photography courses at brogdale farm in faversham, kent. i went to the farm today [the coldest day so far this year] to take a few photos of the apples left to suffer the winter alone.

simple portraits can be striking, shooting someone without them posing too much can produce interesting results. I have altered the colour balance and contrast but without going to far. I wanted the final images to be stylized without looking too fake...

as winter looms ever closer [as warm as it appears to be somedays] it may almost be time for the birds to leave for warmer climates, apart from all the hardy british birds, so don't forget to keep your bird feeders full and help preserve our wildlife for the winter...
